In-home sushi-making parties for kids, teens and adults. Kids/Teens wear Happi coats and headbands. Soji screens and Japanese music set the atmosphere! Learn to make and eat cut rolls, hand rolls, and nigiri sushi. In addition, learn the history of sushi, little known fun facts about sushi and sushi bar etiquette (the do\'s and don\'ts) in a fun party atmosphere. Instruction is by a seasoned sushi bar chef, graduate of the California Sushi Academy and credentialed California teacher. We cater too! Imagine your personal sushi chef for the evening. Catering packages for all size parties with our portable refrigerated sushi case. All we need is access to power and water.
